Another Repeat Offender involved in a San Antonio Shooting
Another violent repeat offender who was previously charged as a murder suspect was arrested this weekend on charges that he fired a gun during a massive brawl outside a pair of popular downtown bars. This is another example of Bexar County’s George Soro-funded District Attorney, Joe Gonzales, releasing another dangerous criminal into the public.
San Antonio police arrested Joseph Olivarri, 37, last Sunday, Feb. 16, in the parking lot of Bar House San Antonio, 820 N. Alamo St., as a street fight broke out around closing time. He was charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon with a felony conviction, discharging a gun in an urban municipality, and theft of a firearm.
However, Olivarri was charged last year, in 2024, concerning a homicide case, yet the liberal D.A.’s office released him. According to court records, the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office dismissed the charges against Olivarria in July 2024, citing the need for further investigation.
“Let’em Go” D.A. Joe Gonzales is endangering the public with his liberal/leftist practices and views of the law. Instead of protecting the public and prosecuting the criminals, he believes in “social justice” and protects criminals whom he sees as victims of society.
The citizens and voters of Bexar County must wake up. D.A. Joe Gonzales must be removed, and pro-law enforcement/pro-public safety candidates must be elected.
