Ballot Irregularities in Webb County

Commander Jay Furman, candidate for the U.S. House in Texas District 28, has received several complaints from people who cast ballots in early voting that his name did not appear on the ballot. Furman is challenging longtime incumbent Democrat Congressman Henry Cuellar in a Democratic stronghold. He possesses signed affidavits from citizens who say his name was not on the ballot. Furman discusses the irregularities and explains what voters should do if they find his name missing on the ballot.
