Clayton Perry: Concerns with Proposed City Charter Changes

Former San Antonio City Councilman Clayton Perry discusses some of the proposed changes to the SA city charter that should concern citizens and taxpayers. Among the concerns are an increase to a six-figure salary for elected officials and extended service terms. There is also a proposal to increase the number of representative districts to twelve.
