Santuary Mayors Want More Taxpayer Money
Democrat Mayors Ask for More Taxpayer Money for Illegal Aliens, Not a Controlled Border
The Democrat mayors of three of the biggest cities in the country…New York City Mayor Eric Adams, Denver Mayor Mike Johnston, and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson…met Wednesday, Dec. 27, to discuss the migrant crisis each is facing in the Second Phase of the Border Crisis. The Second Phase of the Border Crisis is the impact illegal immigration has on communities and taxpayers. Crime, health, housing, employment, education, and other public services are affected by illegal immigration.
These three mayors are reacting with shortsightedness and the Democratic Party line. They asked the Biden Administration for more taxpayer money for more social services (poverty programs) to help the illegal aliens. Still, they didn’t demand the border closing and enforcement of immigration laws. (https://www.cbsnews.com/
The mayors claim their cities are almost at capacity with migrants, even as more asylum seekers are making their way to the suburbs and other towns and villages in the area. The illegal aliens are displacing Americans from housing and other social services.
Only the “poverty industry” — the charities and nonprofit groups that are supposed to help the poor — are enriching themselves during the border crisis with government contracts. These nongovernmental agencies or NGOs are providing American taxpayer-funded assistance to illegal aliens from the time they leave their country of origin through the United Nations refugee services (which is funded by the U.S.) till they are settled in American cities.
However, these illegal aliens have not paid any taxes into the system to deserve any American taxpayer assistance. And they are ILLEGAL aliens.
The governments — federal, state, and local — are also prospering from the Border Crisis because the bureaucracy is growing to address the issues created by illegal aliens.
Like all Democrat mayors, San Antonio’s Mayor Ron Nirenberg has asked for more taxpayer money rather than controlling immigration. The local taxpayers are also kept in the dark about how much the city is spending on illegal aliens, like at the SA Migrant Center.
The SA Migrant Center is overflowing with hundreds of illegal aliens who create trash in the streets, health issues that must be addressed, and calls-for-service for the police. Citizens should note how tightly liberal Democrat Mayor Ron Nirenberg controls the news about the crime, violence, and public health issues the illegal aliens are causing in and around the Migrant Center.
The Second Phase of the Border Crisis is the impact illegal immigration will have on communities and taxpayers. Crime, health, housing, employment, education, and other public services are affected by illegal immigration. It’s happening in every city, and the citizens must demand change and accountability from the national, state, and local governments.
We must at least close the border to further crossings and create “Citizen Only” policies, laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances at the federal, state, and local levels of government.
