The Supreme Court on Thursday, Feb. 8, blocked a Louisiana law that would require a doctor to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the facility where the abortion is performed. While Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote the dissent, Chief Justice John Roberts disappointed conservatives by voting with the liberals in the 5-4 decision. 
Chief Justice Roberts voted with the liberals to keep Obama Care alive, and here he goes again. Now he has voted with the liberals to stop a state from regulating itself.
