Supreme Court Stops Deportation of Venezuelan Criminals

On Saturday, April 19, 2025, the United States Supreme Court blocked President Donald Trump from deporting illegal Venezuelan immigrants who are suspected of being in the brutal gang Tren de Aragua.
Trump promised during his campaign to deport criminal illegal aliens and has invoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to help fulfill that promise.
The high Court, though, sided with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), arguing that the administration did not give the suspected gang members proper notice.
This will affect the removal of other criminal and terrorist illegal aliens.
It is outrageous.
Imagine the Court protecting the rights of non-citizens who entered the country illegally.
It cheapens our rights, and it mocks the Constitution and being a legal, lawful citizen.
If the Constitution covers all illegal alien criminals and terrorists, then more will keep coming, and liberals will defend them.
What’s the point of being a legal, law-abiding citizen if an illegal alien gets the same rights and benefits?
Where is the logic in that?
